Missing, Damaged or Replacement Parts
In an effort to provide not only a quality product but quality service, we at The Beach Masters are happy to personally assist with any problems related to our product. If upon receipt of your product any items are damaged or missing simply call or email us and we will promptly ship a replacement part at no additional cost. All inquires on missing or damaged parts must be reported to our office within 3 days of receiving your order. For damaged items please do not use the merchandise. The original carton MUST be kept for inspection by the shipping company.
Returned & Cancelled Items Policy
All returned items must be shipped back to us within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. All Shade Wagon Returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any Shade Wagons received back in “Used Condition” or missing parts will be charged a 20% re-conditioning fee. Any return shipping charges is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any orders may be cancelled the following business day from date of purchase by 5pm mountain standard time to receive a full credit. Full refunds on the Shade Wagons are not given once an order has been processed.
If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be credited for the purchase price LESS ALL shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee
Delivery Methods
Shade Wagons: All wagons are shipped Fed Ex. Although we make every effort to get your product to you as quickly as possible, please allow 3-6 weeks for shipping on the wagons. If you need to get your items sooner then the estimated time, please email us after placing your order on our contact page and we will make every effort possible to get it out to you sooner. We are unable to ship The Shade Wagons to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses.
Privacy Policy
Privacy is a top priority to our company. NEVER at any time do we sell or rent customer information to ANY outside party. All personal identifiable information is collected for our own purposes to better serve our customers. An exception to this is when we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose such information by a law enforcement agency or court of law.
We may combine information provided within our database to persuade other retailers to carry our products. The information shared will not be identifiable to any one customer and will be completely anonymous.
Non-Personal information we collect
When you visit our site we may record how you got here and where you came from through the domain name or IP address of the site from which you connected, the type of browser used and or search terms used. This information in NOT used to identify you personally. This information is combined to anonymously determine how and when people are visiting our site.
